    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    S. B. 325 –- “A BILL to amend and reenact §29-3-11 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the State Fire Marshal; providing that the State Fire Marshal be appointed by and serve at the will and pleasure of the Fire Commission; exempting the State Fire Marshal from the classified civil service system; providing requirements to serve as the State Fire Marshal; and providing cause for removal of the State Fire Marshal.”
